SHIPMENTS

At Ordinario Bags we work with transport companies.

Once we have received the payment, our team will prepare your order and we will send it as soon as possible, always from Monday to Friday, since our team rests on weekends and holidays.

If you are not at home to collect your order, we will leave the package at one of our collection points and our transport company will let you know. Therefore, it is important that your shipping information and contact telephone number are correct.

Shipping costs for orders sent to Spain will be free (in the case of the Canary Islands, if there are customs costs, they will be borne by the customer).

Shipping costs for orders shipped outside of Spain will be borne by the customer.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date you receive the package.

If you want to make a change in color or model, you must manage it as a return and place a new order. Personalized products are not subject to being returned, due to their unique nature.

To make the return, you must send an email to our Customer Service department at the following address info@ordinariobags.com indicating the word return and your order number in the subject. In order to improve, we would like to know the reason for your return, do not hesitate to share it with us.

Once we receive your email, we will send you a label that you must print and paste in your box. The cost of returns must be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the amount to be returned in the same way in which the purchase was made.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
